EXTRA-CURRICULAR AND ENRICHMENT OPPORTUNITIES
In addition to rigorous academic studies, we provide a substantial and very enjoyable enrichment programme that is designed to address the personal and spiritual development of each student.
Our Sixth Form teams work to create a sense of fun and love for learning by providing a range of experiences that are designed to further promote an interest in what students are learning whilst broadening their experiences and enhancing their interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
Students are also encouraged to take on leadership roles, motivating them to become responsible adults who are ready to make a positive impact on society. As part of this, students are able to take advantage of an excellent selection of opportunities including the organisation of social activities and community events, charity work, young enterprise programmes, and participation in the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme. We also provide peer mentoring opportunities, work shadowing, global expeditions, drama productions, orchestras and bands, participation in work based learning projects and a variety of impressive sporting opportunities.
We will also help the students to record and present these experiences in a way that provides them with an exceptional portfolio of evidence that will help them with their future university and career prospects.
