The ALPS community strives to create an environment for ambitious education. This is reflected by the schools in our partnership being awarded either Good or Outstanding by Ofsted. We have high expectations of our students' which are matched by our students' own high standards and high expectations of themselves. Being part of the ALPS community helps students meet theirs, and our, expectations by providing them access to their desired subject choices as well as a wider breadth of facilities.

We focus on the quality of the teaching staff we are able to provide our students. Our employed teachers are passionate about their subject areas and have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of it. They often work with other teachers within and beyond the partnership to constantly develop their practice and sharpen their skills.

As a thriving community, we are justifiably proud of our excellent examination results and the large number of students who are accepted onto degree courses each year, including some of the most competitive subjects at the Oxbridge and Russel group universities. A very high proportion of our students go on to study at their first choice university.
